RULES, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

The IPSC Handgun Competition Rules, Latest Edition will apply for this competition.

HANDLING OF GUNS

    * Handle firearms only in designated Safety areas or on the firing line under R.O. Supervision
    * Competitors are allowed to use the Safety Areas for the following:
            - Casing, uncasing and holstering unloaded firearms.
            - Practice dry firing of practice insertion of unloaded magazine.
            - Conduct inspection, stripping, cleaning and other general maintenance procedures
              on firearms..
    * No ammunition whether dummy or live bullets maybe handled in the safety areas.

Arbitration and Appeal

ARBITRATION AND APPEAL

A Cash fee of Two Thousand Two Hundred (P2, 200.00) Pesos is required to make an appeal to ARBITRATION COMMITTEE.

To make an appeal, ask the CRO at the stage of occurrence for an Arbitration Request form, and assistance in retaining evidence and completing the form.

Complete and return the form within one (1) hour from the time of the incidence, together with the fee (see Rule 11.3 and 11.4) to the CRO of the stage or to the RANGE MASTER, or MASTER DIRECTOR.

No appeal will accepted after one (1) hour of the occurrence of the error.
